KSplit provides statistical model outputs, probability distributions, and analytical tools related to MLB pitcher strikeout outcomes.

• KSplit is informational only.
• KSplit does not provide betting advice.
• KSplit does not guarantee results.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the information.

Nothing on KSplit should be interpreted as a recommendation to place any wager or take any specific action.

You must be at least 18 years old to use KSplit. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. KSplit is intended for use only where permitted by law.

Monthly Plans

• Monthly subscriptions bill on a recurring basis during the MLB regular season.
• Monthly plans automatically pause during the MLB offseason.
• You will not be billed while the season is paused.
• Billing resumes automatically on Opening Day, unless you cancel beforehand.

Season Passes

• Season Passes cover the remainder of the current MLB regular season.
• Season Passes automatically pause during the offseason.
• You will not be billed during the offseason.
• Access resumes on Opening Day if the Season Pass remains active.

Promotional Pricing

• Promotional discounts apply only for the stated promotional period.
• Standard pricing applies after the promotion ends.
• Promotions apply to monthly plans only, unless otherwise stated.

Plan Changes

• Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
• Unused time is automatically credited toward the new plan.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• No retroactive charges apply when changing plans.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Canceling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You will retain access through the end of that period.

During the MLB offseason:

• Access to KSplit is paused.
• Billing is paused.
• Subscriptions do not expire due to inactivity.
• Billing and access resume automatically on Opening Day unless canceled beforehand.

This policy applies to both Monthly Plans and Season Passes.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish KSplit data or outputs.
• Scrape, automate, or extract data without permission.
• Share account access with others.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Violations may result in legal action, including claims for damages such as lost subscription revenue, disgorgement of profits derived from unauthorized use, and injunctive relief to prevent ongoing harm.

All content, models, data presentations, text, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of KSplit. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the Service without written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action seeking injunctive relief, actual damages, and any profits attributable to the unauthorized use.

We may:

• Update or modify features.
• Adjust models or methodologies.
• Add or remove tools.
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

KSplit is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• KSplit is not liable for any direct or indirect losses.
• This includes financial losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages.
• Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these terms.
• Abuse of the Service.
• Fraudulent activity.

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

Information We Collect

We may collect your email address, subscription details, payment status (processed securely by our payment provider), and basic usage analytics such as page visits and feature interactions. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe. KSplit does not store full payment card details.

Data Use

Information is used solely to provide the Service, manage subscriptions, and communicate important account updates.

Data Retention

Account and subscription data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for up to 12 months for billing and dispute resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
